Do I need to wear grip socks?
Yes — for safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all classes. If you forget, socks are available for purchase at the studio.
When does class booking close?
Group class booking closes 12 hours in advance to finalize instructor schedules. Same-day booking may be limited even if spots appear available to ensure consistent class quality and a smooth experience for both clients and instructors.

What if I arrive late?
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show for your safety and out of respect for the class flow.
What is your group class cancellation policy?
Late Cancel (within 12 hours of class) → You’ll keep your class credit, but a $12 fee will be charged.
No-Show → You’ll lose the class credit and be charged a $12 fee.
What is your private session cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 12 hours of your scheduled private session will result in the loss of the session credit.
We encourage you to reschedule as early as possible to avoid losing your credit.
Do membership classes roll over?
Yes — we offer limited rollover to support real life, while still encouraging consistent practice.
Unused membership classes may roll over for one additional month only, with the following limits:
4-class membership: up to 1 rollover class
8-class membership: up to 2 rollover classes
12-class membership: up to 3 rollover classes
Rollover classes are valid for one additional month only and cannot be rolled over again, including every other month.
Memberships are designed for regular monthly practice, and this policy helps keep class availability fair and consistent for all members.
Can I bring children or pets?
No — children and pets are not permitted in the studio. Please arrange care before your visit.
Is parking available?
Yes! We offer plenty of free parking right outside the studio.
