Diane

Diane empowers students through breath-to-movement practices that develop both body and mind. She has been practicing Pilates for 10 years and trained at the renowned BASI Pilates in 2024. Diane is also a seasoned yoga teacher with over 1,300 classes taught to students ages 12–102. Diane loves Ori’s intimate setting, where she can connect more closely with each student, honor the principles of Pilates, and bring in dynamic, uplifting movement.

Sonali

Sonali fell in love with Pilates in 2017 and quickly knew she wanted to teach. Certified through Balanced Body, she specializes in pre/post-natal clients and offers inclusive classes for all body types and levels. Her sessions emphasize slow, controlled movements, with layers and progressions designed to strengthen mind-body connection. Clients leave her class feeling longer, stronger, and more at ease.

Natalie

Natalie discovered Pilates during her recovery from long COVID. What began as a way to rebuild strength became her passion, leading her to complete the BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training in 2025. Her personal journey informs her compassionate teaching style, empowering clients to feel balanced, resilient, and strong in their own bodies.

Elizabeth

Elizabeth’s love for movement began at age five with ballet, eventually earning her a degree in Dance Performance from Oral Roberts University. Her journey led her to Pilates, where she connected deeply with its artistry and precision. In 2024, she completed the BASI Comprehensive program and continues toward her 500-hour certification. At Ori, Elizabeth brings her dance expertise and passion for intentional movement to every class.

Hailey

Hailey is a certified BASI Pilates instructor with a keen eye for detail, shaped by her background as an accountant. After years of desk work led to poor posture and back pain, she turned to Pilates to rebuild her strength—and fell in love with the practice. After completed the BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training Program, she now shares her knowledge with clients who want to move with more ease, strength, and awareness. Her teaching style is supportive and precise, helping each client understand their body and reach their goals.



Jennifer

Jennifer, an Irvine native, discovered Pilates while searching for relief from chronic pain—and found so much more. “Pilates has made me feel stronger, more balanced, and truly connected to my body.” A BASI Comprehensive graduate, she creates classes that leave clients feeling better than when they arrived, focusing on strength, alignment, and joy in movement.

Olivia

Olivia’s teaching style blends classical Pilates with her background in Gyrotonic and modern dance, emphasizing full-body movement and breath control. She holds a bachelor’s degree in modern dance from Ewha Women’s University in Korea and trained at the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance in New York. “My goal is to keep moving, no matter my age—and to inspire my clients to do the same.”

Runtong

Pilates has been central to Runtong’s life since 2017, transforming both her physical and mental well-being. She completed BASI Comprehensive training in 2022, deepening her focus on precision and mindful movement. At Ori, she strives to create a supportive environment where clients feel seen and encouraged. “Guiding people to build strength and confidence through Pilates is both a privilege and a joy.”
